After decades of working in pharmaceutical marketing I decided to follow my heart’s desire and established
out of sheer passion. From my own personal experience, I found pilates to be the perfect strenght training. I truly love the fact that you are able to feel and see your personal progress after only a short time. By training your body control for precise, controlled and flowing exercises you will soon find out that pilates has a lot to offer and is therefore suitable for every age.

Mat training with and without the use of equipment
(stability ball, miniball, foam rollers, tape and pilates-ring) The groups are intentionally held small in order to ensure you are being supervised during your training.

On the expectant mom’s side we will focus on neck, shoulders and back but more importantly on areas and muscles that might lead to problems during and after pregnancy
and for the future dad we additionally focus on core muscles and abs.
